Dassault aviation, the French aircraft manufacturer introduced last February 2018 their latest aircraft, the Falcon 6X. Following a major delay in the R&D of the Falcon 5X, Dassault unveiled this new private business jet derived from the development of the 5X.
The 6X arrives with great ambitions such as offering the most spacious cabin of its category with a length of 12.3m, a height of 1.98m and a width of 2.58m. In addition, its range of over 10,000 km allows for a direct and comfortable flight between Los Angeles and Geneva or New York and Moscow. The Falcon 6X will be offered in a maximum configuration of 16 seats but few of the aircraft will be designed this way. Equipped with the latest cockpit technologies, digital flight controls, and soundproofing technologies the Falcon 6X is modeled after the Falcon 7X and 8X.
With delivery scheduled for 2022, passengers will have to be patient to try Falcon’s newest addition, meanwhile the 7x and 8x are available for charter for all long range flights.
