Helicopter Charter with IBC Aviation

An IBC Aviation service

IBC Aviation arranges private helicopter flights for business appointments, leisure travel and connections with a private jet. Our teams select an aircraft from authorised operators and coordinate your itinerary.

Our twin-engine recommendation

We recommend a twin-engine helicopter with two pilots. Depending on the mission and operating conditions, a single-engine turbine helicopter and/or a single pilot may also be considered with the operator.

An aircraft suited to your journey

Distance, the number of passengers, baggage and landing-site access all help determine the helicopter. Your proposal confirms whether the aircraft has one or two engines, the number of pilots and passenger capacity before you book.

Support at every stage

Our teams in Nice, Geneva and Paris prepare your flight schedule and onward transfers. Flight feasibility, timings and landing permissions are checked before confirmation.

Business helicopter flights

A meeting away from an airport, several sites to visit in one day or a flight connection to arrange: a helicopter can form part of your business itinerary.

Tell us your addresses and preferred timings. We assess suitable authorised departure and arrival sites, then coordinate the aircraft and any cars required.

The aircraft and crew are selected around your schedule. Passenger numbers and baggage space are confirmed for the cabin offered.

Private helicopter travel

For a stay on an island, along the coast or at another destination, we prepare a flight around your dates and party size. One-way flights, return trips and multi-stop itineraries can be considered.

Landing near a hotel or private residence depends on the local facilities and permissions. We check the landing site and approvals, then arrange the onward journey if a road transfer is needed.

Our guide to summer destinations accessible by helicopter gives examples of these journeys.

Airport and private jet transfers

A helicopter can connect with a private jet flight or take you to or from an airport for an onward connection. Our teams assess the sequence of flights and the time needed to move between arrival and departure points.

Send us your flight times and baggage details. Capacity is checked for each leg; a separate vehicle may be considered for larger items.

Your meeting point and transfer arrangements are confirmed before departure.

Helicopter transfers to mountain resorts

For a stay in the Alps, we examine flights to or from authorised landing sites near your destination. Terrain, altitude and weather are considered for each journey.

Include the number of skis, ski-bag dimensions and other baggage in your enquiry. The operator confirms what can be carried with the planned load.

Our Geneva and Courchevel by helicopter guide explains this type of transfer. A road transfer can be coordinated if conditions prevent the flight.

Events and group travel

Business events, sporting occasions and private receptions can involve several coordinated arrivals. We assess your party size, timings and the facilities available.

If more than one helicopter is needed, the proposal lists the aircraft, their crews and how passengers and baggage will be allocated. Cabin configurations may differ between stages of your programme.

Our teams remain your point of contact while the itinerary is prepared and if changes become necessary.

Available Helicopters

We recommend twin-engine helicopters. The models below are offered for charter by operators in Europe and internationally, subject to availability and the feasibility of your itinerary.

Airbus H135: 4 to 5 passengers, depending on cabin layout.
Leonardo AW109SP GrandNew: up to 6 passengers, depending on the cabin.
Airbus H145: up to 8 passengers in selected configurations.
Airbus H155: 5 to 6 passengers, depending on cabin layout.
Leonardo AW139: up to 8 passengers in selected VIP cabin layouts.

These figures refer to the selected twin-engine cabins with two pilots, who are not included in the passenger count. A single-engine turbine helicopter, such as an Airbus H125 or H130, may also be considered according to the mission, including with one pilot. The exact cabin, baggage arrangements and permitted load are confirmed for the aircraft offered.
