An IBC Aviation Service

Dog, cat, falcon or exotic animal: in response to the growing demand for specialized animal transport, IBC Aviation has created two dedicated divisions. IBC PETS looks after companion animals, dogs and cats first and foremost, travelling in the cabin by your side. JUNGLE JET organizes the transport of exotic and particular species, from falcons to horses, with the appropriate permits. Both departments reflect one commitment: ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of every animal entrusted to us, from the first call to arrival.

Safety and Comfort On Board

Pets are beloved members of your family, so their safety and comfort are essential at every stage of your journey. Unlike commercial flights, your pet travels in the cabin with you, never in the hold: it stays by your side, in a calm and controlled environment. Our teams therefore select suitable aircraft, with spacious cabins, easy-to-clean floors and, when needed, specialized equipment, to welcome your faithful companions in the best conditions.

Our dedicated team handles all logistics related to your pet's journey, including through our concierge services. From boarding to arrival at destination, your companion is cared for, allowing you to travel with complete peace of mind.

Before Departure

From Paris, Geneva, Luxembourg or Nice, an IBC advisor will welcome and personally escort you to the aircraft door, ensuring all boarding procedures run smoothly for both you and your pet. If you are departing from another airport, our team will appoint an operations agent and provide them with full details about your pet's personality and habits for a seamless boarding experience.

In Flight

We share your pet's dietary requirements, routines and behavioral traits with the crew to ensure a stress-free journey. A familiar blanket or cushion, fresh water and a light meal before take-off all contribute to your pet's comfort. Depending on its size and the operator's guidelines, your pet remains free in the cabin or secured under your supervision. IBC PETS is committed to creating a calm, safe environment for your companion.

Upon Arrival

To facilitate entry into your destination country, it is important to carry all the documents required for your pet. Your IBC advisor makes sure you have every essential document, passport, certificates and supporting evidence, to speed up veterinary and customs formalities on arrival.

Animal Transport Regulations

In the absence of a single international regulation, each country sets its own entry rules for animals. In Europe, travel rests on three pillars: an ISO-standard microchip, a European pet passport and a valid rabies vaccination, with a 21-day waiting period required after a first vaccination. The United Kingdom additionally requires a tapeworm treatment for dogs, administered 24 to 120 hours before arrival, and the United States strengthened its dog import conditions in 2024. For exotic species transported by JUNGLE JET, CITES permits may also apply. Your IBC advisor checks the requirements in force on your travel date for you.
