Seattle Boeing Field Airport: Private Jet Charter

Boeing Field, choose BFI and its business aviation reception

A private jet to or from Seattle Boeing Field (BFI / KBFI) uses King County International, a different airport from Seattle-Tacoma (SEA). The FAA gives a 9,120 ft landing distance available in both directions on the main runway, distinct from its physical length. Our Geneva office has aircraft suitability and parking assessed for the mission. Request a proposal naming Boeing Field with your Seattle programme.

BFI is not a private terminal at SEA

Boeing Field and Seattle-Tacoma are different airports. A quotation, permission and car booked with different codes do not refer to the same arrival point. We therefore retain BFI / KBFI in preparation whenever that airport is selected.

Your city address enters the reception choice.

Our Seattle private aviation article provides airport comparison at destination level. For Boeing Field, preparation continues with handling and the aircraft stand. The driver receives instructions confirmed for that particular point rather than a general airline terminal address. Separately booked arrivals for other passengers should identify their own airport and collection location.

Three different figures describe the main runway

The FAA Chart Supplement current on 26 October 2026 distinguishes 10,007 ft physical length, 10,000 ft TORA and 9,120 ft LDA for 14R/32L.

TORA means take-off run available. LDA is landing distance available.

A description reduced to “10,000 ft runway” is therefore insufficient to assess the flight. The carrier uses declared distances with runway condition, weather and loading. We present an aircraft following that assessment rather than infer universal suitability from the largest number. Return loading should be specified separately if passenger numbers or baggage change during the stay.

Prepare parking alongside the visit

The FAA recommends prior permission, or PPR, for parking aircraft with a maximum take-off weight above 12,500 lb.

This is preparation of a stand, distinct from the fact that the airport receives business aviation. For several nights locally, we also request waiting and return conditions.

As an independent broker, IBC Aviation compares the received offers. Have your Seattle dates and parking coordinated with the arrival routing and onward programme. Repositioning cost and flexibility are considered if that arrangement appears in received proposals. The selected offer should identify whether the aircraft remains or leaves between flights.

Boeing industrial aprons are not ordinary business parking

The airport combines general aviation, cargo and aviation industrial activity. Boeing industrial areas have their own permission requirements. Their appearance on a chart does not mean handling can reserve a stand there for any business flight.

The carrier and handler confirm routing and reception suitable for the proposed aircraft. We distinguish those arrangements from special-use pavement rather than add pavement requiring permission to ordinary take-off distance. Passenger instructions retain the collection point actually confirmed. Any aircraft movement during the stay needs to remain consistent with the return reception arrangements.

The smaller runway serves a different aircraft category

Parallel 14L/32R has a physical length of 3,709 ft under current FAA data.

It is limited to aircraft weighing 12,500 lb or less. It should not be considered an equivalent second option for every cabin using the main runway.

Selection remains mission-dependent: passengers, fuel and baggage, followed by expected operating conditions. For an intercontinental arrival, a Falcon 8X illustrates a cabin to assess, subject to suitability and availability. A nonstop routing or any technical stop is identified with the carrier’s proposal.

A quotation accounting for aircraft waiting

Our charter cost references place the ultra long range category around EUR 9,000 to 12,000 per hour for an intercontinental mission. This euro benchmark is not a local US tariff. The quotation adds positioning, services and programme charges, with waiting or repositioning between flights specified. Compare those conditions alongside the cabin rather than multiplying an assumed duration by an hourly rate.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private jet at Boeing Field cost?

Ultra long range aircraft provide an indicative reference around EUR 9,000 to 12,000 per hour for an intercontinental mission. The BFI total depends on routing and positioning, followed by parking or aircraft movement during the stay. This euro reference is not a contractual US tariff.

What flying time should I allow between Europe and Seattle?

The carrier assesses the routing from your departure airport with the proposed cabin, payload and expected winds. It specifies a nonstop flight or any technical stop according to mission conditions. The selected programme and duration then accompany the Boeing Field quotation.

Is Boeing Field the same airport as Seattle-Tacoma?

No. BFI / KBFI and Seattle-Tacoma SEA are separate airfields; the proposal’s code should match reception instructions and the driver’s booking. An airport change requires the travel arrangements to be reviewed.

Why is landing distance 9,120 ft?

The FAA distinguishes physical length, take-off run available and landing distance available. The 9,120 ft figure is the published LDA in both main-runway directions. The carrier uses values applying to the mission rather than rely only on 10,007 ft physical length.

Can the aircraft remain without advance parking arrangements?

The FAA recommends PPR for parking aircraft with a maximum take-off weight above 12,500 lb. We have the stand prepared for the stay dates; permissions for industrial aprons are not treated as an ordinary business aviation parking reservation.
