NBAC Lagos 2027 by Private Jet, Plan Your Visit

Two days of business aviation discussion in Lagos

The Nigerian Business Aviation Conference announces its next edition in Lagos on 4 and 5 May 2027. IBC Aviation’s Nice office can assess flights to or from Nigeria around your meetings and the options offered by operators. The precise conference address remains to be confirmed by the organiser. A meeting for aviation stakeholders

The organiser describes an audience that includes aircraft operators, regulators, finance providers and owners. Its stated topics include regulation, infrastructure and financing. These are the themes announced for the event; the programme, speakers and admission conditions should be checked directly.

A visitor may also have separate appointments in Lagos. To assess arrival times, provide the first meeting address and each traveller’s availability. Booking an aircraft does not register a passenger for the conference.

Confirm the correct meeting point at the airport

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria lists Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos. Our Lagos airport page offers further information. The terminal and handling arrangements are checked for the particular flight.

A reference to a general aviation terminal does not mean that every international private flight will use it. The ground handler confirms the appropriate presentation point once the mission has been accepted.

Send us your team’s travel dates.

Building a proposal for your delegation

Our Nice office collects departure points, preferred hours and luggage requirements before consulting operators. Colleagues travelling from different regions may need separate proposals. The comparison uses actual options offered rather than assuming an aircraft category is based locally.

Flight time, traffic rights and any stop are checked with the operator. Cost depends in part on dates and aircraft positioning. Each passenger must also check individual entry documents.

Planning appointments after the conference

The organiser announces two days of meetings but did not specify a venue address on the page reviewed. Wait for the address before settling the road itinerary or collection point. If your programme includes Abuja or another city, include that information in the initial request.

A domestic Nigerian sector or another international leg needs a separate review of traffic rights and handling. Members of the same delegation need not all follow the same itinerary.

Discuss your Lagos programme with our team.
