Sankalp Africa Summit Nairobi 2027 by Private Jet

Your flight for Sankalp Africa Summit

The organiser announces Sankalp Africa Summit for 24 and 25 February 2027 at Sarit Expo, Nairobi. IBC Aviation’s Nice office can assess your delegates’ flights to or from Nairobi around the activities selected. Request a quote. Tell us which days each traveller plans to attend.

The summit itself takes place on 24 and 25 February. It sits within a wider week of activities from 22 to 26 February; check the venue and timing of each separate meeting.

Separate the summit from the wider week

Sarit Expo is the announced venue for the two summit days. Activities surrounding those dates do not necessarily take place at the same address. A complete meeting schedule helps determine the most useful arrival date.

Jomo Kenyatta or Wilson: check the conditions

The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority identifies Jomo Kenyatta International and Wilson as distinct Nairobi airports. The international nature of a flight, available services and applicable conditions require checks for the airport selected. Our Nairobi airport guide provides an introduction.

Arrange your flight with our Nice office

Tell us which summit days and surrounding activities you intend to attend. We check the routing and airport conditions with the operator before quoting. Send us your travel schedule for a proposal suited to your itinerary.

Coordinating the delegation

The programme refers to climate, agriculture and financial inclusion among its subjects. If delegates attend different meetings, collect their times and addresses before deciding on a shared return. Registration is handled with the organiser.

Community days before and after the summit

Sankalp separates community days on 22, 23 and 26 February from the summit sessions on 24 and 25 February. The organiser mentions company visits, country spotlights and partner gatherings. Details of those activities remain subject to its confirmation.

If some members of your party attend only the two days at Sarit Expo, their schedules may differ from colleagues joining site visits. Compare the locations and attendance dates before requesting a shared return. The surrounding activities are not all announced for Sarit Expo.

Choose arrival times around the meetings

Kenya’s aviation authority identifies two distinct airports in Nairobi. Their existence does not establish that a particular international flight may use either one. The operator checks permissions, services and aircraft suitability before an offer is made.

To assess the mission, provide each passenger’s departure city, baggage quantity and the Nairobi addresses already known. Once the event locations are confirmed, we can assess the ground transfer requested and adjust the proposal where feasible.

The announced programme includes plenary sessions and individual meetings during the two summit days. Participation conditions and appointment times should be checked directly with the organiser. A traveller may wish to stay for community activities, depending on the schedule that is ultimately published.
