U.S.-Africa Business Summit Mauritius 2026 by Private Jet

Mauritius hosts the U.S.-Africa summit in December

The Corporate Council on Africa schedules the U.S.-Africa Business Summit in Mauritius from 6 to 9 December 2026. IBC Aviation’s Nice office studies flights to or from the island against each traveller’s departure city and commitments. The named conference centre is the meeting venue for this edition. Request a quote for the Mauritius summit with your delegation’s preferred dates.

Meetings at the conference centre

The official summit website names the Swami Vivekananda International Conference Centre as its venue. Use that address as a starting point for the ground itinerary, while identifying any separate hotel or appointment that requires a different arrival plan.

Registration and access are managed by the organiser. Arranging an aircraft does not confirm admission, and session times should be checked before the travel programme is finalised.

December in Mauritius and the following edition

Earlier announcements gave July 2026. The organiser’s current material gives December. CCA separately announces a 2027 edition in Côte d’Ivoire, so the venue and dates for Mauritius should not be carried over to that later event.

For a team attending both, each trip needs its own assessment. Border requirements, aircraft position and airport services differ by destination and date.

Arrivals from different markets

Participants may start from African, European or American cities. For a departure from South Africa, our article on private flights between Johannesburg and Mauritius covers planning for that route. Origin and passenger numbers determine which aircraft and possible stops operators can offer. A category shown in a fleet guide is not evidence that it is available in the right place for this trip.

On arrival, tell us the address of each hotel and how the group will be divided. Passenger documents, the handling point and onward transport are checked against the agreed flight.

One delegation, several schedules

Our Nice office separates non-negotiable meeting times from flexible preferences before seeking proposals. Some colleagues may leave when their sessions finish while others continue to another destination.

Depending on the actual timetable, a group charter, separate flights or a scheduled service can be compared. Send your Mauritius travel programme with the number of people on each sector.

Information needed for a quote

List the dates, luggage and the time the first traveller needs to be at the conference centre. Aircraft positioning, possible stops, airport charges and any waiting period influence the proposal.

An extra meeting or additional destination changes the operating plan. Our team checks the revised itinerary before confirmation and explains what the quote covers.
