Dassault, a top player in the aviation industry, is known for its military aircraft and private jets. Til this day, it is the only manufacturer owned by the family of its founder Marcel Dassault (originally Marcel Bloch).

Founded in 1929, the company began manufacturing military planes for the French government. In the early 1960s, the company of Serge Dassault divided its activities with military aviation on one hand and civil aviation on the other. The '60s marked the beginning of the Mystery - Falcon 20, first civil aircraft of Dassault Aviation. Today, Dassault Aviation presents several types of private jets to fit market needs.
