Dallas to Madrid Private Jet, Addison and Barajas
Addison and Barajas for your crossing
For a private flight to or from Dallas and Madrid, tell us your dates and requirements. Your Paris contact reviews the pickup points in Texas, the arrangements in Madrid and your return options. See our indicative rates by aircraft category.
Choose a Texas departure close to your meeting
Addison Airport publishes a 7,203-foot runway. Its location may suit travellers starting north of Dallas; the pilot and operator check available runway and performance with the required fuel. Other airports can be compared against your address and aircraft.
See our Dallas Addison airport guide for more on your arrival and departure.
Madrid-Barajas and your reception
An AENA document lists a private corporate terminal at Madrid-Barajas. Before confirming, we check slots and coordinate your driver’s meeting point with the ground handler. If your Spanish itinerary changes, we can assess a return from another location.

Plan the crossing around the people on board
A small business team carrying equipment has different requirements from a family with extensive luggage. Give us weights, dimensions and preferred times so the operator can calculate feasibility, reserves and any fuel stop. We show you the layout of the aircraft actually available.
Travel documents and border arrangements
The European Entry/Exit System records eligible non-EU short-stay travellers at external borders. Each passenger should check documents according to their status. For the return to Texas, the airport of entry and inspection hours must be confirmed in advance.
Build the itinerary around your travellers
When passengers finish the day at different Dallas addresses, we can coordinate separate transfers to a shared departure terminal. Tell us who should receive the group’s travel information. Meeting points, flight details and any changes can then be communicated to the right person.
Madrid airports are not interchangeable
Choosing a transatlantic-jet destination requires more than a list of nearby airfields. AENA describes Cuatro Vientos as a VFR field used by small aircraft and turboprops. It should not be presented as the default for this crossing. Our team asks the operator to assess Barajas and any alternative.
Published range and your flight’s feasibility
The Global 7500 illustrates the ultra-long-range category. Bombardier gives a 14,260-km theoretical range with eight passengers and four crew under stated assumptions. Your flight still needs a specific fuel, payload, weather and runway calculation. A manufacturer figure therefore does not guarantee a nonstop crossing or the availability of that aircraft. We present options after the operator has assessed the itinerary.
What goes into your travel proposal
The offer depends on departure times, passenger numbers, the aircraft available and the return itinerary. For a trip with several Spanish meetings, share the addresses and dates before choosing the return airport. Our team compares possibilities with operators and states which services are included. If the plan changes, the schedule and required permissions need to be checked again.
Cuatro Vientos and Barajas serve different needs
Cuatro Vientos is not interchangeable with Madrid-Barajas. AENA describes it as an airport focused on light general aviation, with VFR traffic. For a long-range jet crossing the Atlantic, we ask the operator to confirm an appropriate airport, its availability and the required arrival controls. Selecting the destination is therefore more than finding the closest name on a map; runway suitability and reception both need to work for the aircraft. The choice of Barajas also depends on parking and handling availability for the requested date. The operator checks the complete aircraft and flight plan before confirming; the Paris office then coordinates the ground arrangements and the point at which your driver meets the passengers. This allows the team to brief the flight crew and the person responsible for the ground transfer.
As a general guide, ultra-long-range jets cost approximately €9,000 to €12,000 per flight hour. This is not the total price of your route: positioning, fees and your full programme are assessed in the quote.
