Gimpo: Korea's only business aviation terminal

Seoul's business aviation lives at Gimpo (GMP), the historic airport 16 km from the centre, about 25 minutes by road off-peak. The Seoul Gimpo Business Aviation Center, opened in 2016, remains the country's only terminal purpose-built for business aviation: dedicated customs, immigration and quarantine, private lounges, an arrival measured in minutes. On formalities, Korea operates the K-ETA electronic travel authorisation, with a list of countries temporarily waived. The Korean authorities have extended that exemption until 31 December 2026. Checking is simple and official: on the K-ETA portal, selecting your nationality displays your status immediately, and the Korean Ministry of Justice visa portal sets out entry regimes country by country.
