Art Basel Basel 2027 by Private Jet
Art Basel in Basel, 17 to 20 June 2027
The fair takes place at Messe Basel, Messeplatz 10, from 17 to 20 June 2027. Preview days are scheduled for 15 and 16 June. For travel to or from Switzerland, IBC Aviation's Geneva office plans your flight around your meetings and return. Request a quote for your Basel trip.
Check opening hours and admission directly with the organiser. Arranging a flight does not include registration or access to preview days.
EuroAirport: planning your arrival in Basel
EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse is one option for the fair. The airport states that ground manoeuvring assistance is mandatory for general aviation aircraft not based there. If the aircraft parks on the northern apron, a shuttle between aircraft and terminal is required under the airport's published guidance.
Before confirmation, we check aircraft compatibility, the slot, ground handling and the formalities for your origin. The sector and onward road transfer depend on your programme and the instructions applicable to your arrival.
From the United States: selecting the aircraft for each direction
From New York or another US city, aircraft choice depends on passenger numbers, baggage and your preferred schedule. We assess range separately in each direction with winds and mission conditions; a stop may be necessary.
Your quote from our Geneva office sets out the airports, included services and change conditions. Our indicative prices by category help explain how a quote is built without treating them as a fixed price for your crossing.
Bringing an acquisition home after the fair
An artwork's dimensions, weight and packing can affect cabin and transport choices. Share those details before selecting the aircraft; separate shipping can also be considered.
Private aviation does not remove applicable export and import documentation. Our guide to transporting artwork by private jet explains what to prepare with a specialist.
Plan your programme with our Geneva office
Tell us your departure and return cities, dates, passenger count and meetings in Basel. We compare available aircraft and coordinate the selected handling and onward transfer. Send us your itinerary for a quote. If your Swiss stay continues, our Geneva guide can help you prepare.
