Private Jet AFIS Luanda 2026, Your Summit Travel
AFIS Luanda 2026, two summit days at the CCTA
A private jet for AFIS Luanda 2026 allows your delegation's travel to be arranged around the summit on 3 and 4 November 2026 at the Centro de Convenções de Talatona (CCTA). Badge collection starts on 2 November at 14:00, although arrival that day is optional. From Paris, allow approximately 8 to 9 hours flying time, depending on the aircraft, winds, approved routing and mission conditions. Our Paris office checks the accepted airport and ground reception before setting the schedule: Request a quote for your AFIS trip, including your departure cities and first confirmed meetings.
Set the first meeting before choosing the flight
The official AFIS 2026 calendar lists two summit days, but a delegation's visit may begin earlier. Bilateral meetings, badge collection and an invitation to a side event do not necessarily share a start time. Establish each passenger's first commitment.
A team gathering in Abidjan, Kinshasa or Johannesburg may need a common departure. If members start in different cities, compare bringing them together with separate flights, including the time spent waiting. Our Paris office prepares that comparison around the hours you actually need, without assuming every passenger has the same programme.
The return arrangements also affect the budget. A super midsize aircraft has an indicative rate from EUR 5,500 per hour; for an ultra-long-range aircraft, allow EUR 9,000 to EUR 12,000 per hour. These category benchmarks are not a Paris-Luanda fare. The quote accounts for the proposed aircraft, positioning, local charges, waiting and any repositioning flights.
Badges from 2 November, selected sessions by invitation
According to the summit's practical information, badge collection at the CCTA starts at 14:00 on Monday 2 November. The guide gives an end time of 21:00 and also permits collection at the same venue from 07:00 on Tuesday 3 November. The centre is on Avenida Samora Machel in Talatona.
Registration confirmation and valid identification are required for the badge and entry. Each passenger needs their own admission. We coordinate transport with your delegation's organiser, who confirms registrations and supplies the commitments that the travel schedule must accommodate.
The AFIS programme includes payments, banking, investment and business financing. The gala dinner and Supervisory Council meeting are invitation-only. Some roundtables are also restricted to invited guests; others allow registration through the event app or attendance by invitation. Check access session by session before adding a commitment to the driver's schedule.
Organise your flight to or from Luanda with IBC Aviation
Our Paris office gathers departure cities, passenger numbers, baggage requirements and confirmed commitments at the CCTA. The operator then examines flight feasibility, applicable permissions and ground handling. Permissions for a charter flight in Africa must be checked for the specific mission, independently of summit registration.
Tell us if some delegates will leave before the others. A single rotation may suit a group with common hours; different requirements call for another arrangement. For group travel planning, we compare the capacity required and the terms for changes. Send our team your delegation's programme for a proposal built around those constraints.
The airport, hotel and shuttle must match
The official practical guide provides for transfers between Dr António Agostinho Neto International Airport, NBJ, and partner hotels from 1 to 5 November. It also announces daily shuttles between those hotels and official venues. This arrangement covers participants who have booked at partner properties, with timetables available at the hotels.
The properties named are HCTA Talatona, Palmeiras, EPIC SANA and InterContinental Luanda Miramar. Inclusion in the guide does not confirm an available room. We reconcile the selected airport, hotel address and reception point with the ground provider; arrival at 4 de Fevereiro must not be treated as a pickup at NBJ.
Passenger entry requirements remain individual. Passport, residence and the purpose of the visit must be reviewed with the relevant authorities or consulate. An indicative processing period mentioned by the organiser does not guarantee either the handling or approval of a visa.
Cabin choice and the return flight are connected
Aircraft selection begins with the route and the people travelling. A Challenger 350 may be considered for a regional sector; a Falcon 7X may be examined for a longer mission. Suitability depends on the actual departure point, payload and operating conditions. No model is promised available on these dates.
The closing time on 4 November differs between the practical guide and the website programme checked on 23 October. Use your last confirmed meeting as the reference before setting the departure. Keeping the aircraft locally or repositioning it can be compared in the quote, accounting for parking and crew rest requirements. A meeting that overruns may affect that arrangement; establish the applicable terms when booking.

Frequently asked questions
When should I arrive for AFIS Luanda 2026?
The summit takes place on 3 and 4 November 2026 at the CCTA. Badges can be collected from 14:00 on 2 November or from 07:00 on 3 November. Arriving the previous day is an option, not a requirement. Your first confirmed meeting and ground reception arrangements determine the departure time.
Does the AFIS shuttle serve every airport?
The official guide provides for NBJ transfers from 1 to 5 November for participants staying at partner hotels. It does not confirm pickup at 4 de Fevereiro. We have the reception point and transfer conditions checked against the airport accepted for your flight, before relying on that service in your schedule.
Does registration give access to every session?
The gala dinner and Supervisory Council meeting are invitation-only. Some roundtables require an invitation; others allow registration through the event app or attendance by invitation. Registration confirmation and valid identification are still required for badges and entry. Your delegation needs to confirm its access before setting those commitments in the travel schedule.
How much does a private jet for AFIS cost?
Indicative rates start at EUR 5,500 per hour for a super midsize aircraft and run from EUR 9,000 to EUR 12,000 per hour for an ultra-long-range aircraft. The charter price depends on the route, positioning, charges and waiting. Multiplying flying time by an hourly rate does not produce a complete quote.
How long is the flight between Paris and Luanda?
Allow approximately 8 to 9 hours flying time, depending on the aircraft, winds, approved routing and mission conditions. This benchmark excludes reception, formalities and the road trip to Talatona. For another departure city, we specify the estimated flight duration when assessing the mission and building the proposed schedule.
