The fair is at the Federal Palace, 6-8 Ahmadu Bello Way, on Victoria Island. Put that address in the driver's schedule along with the drop-off point communicated for your visit. Road journey time depends on traffic and airport reception; we plan a margin before the first appointment without promising a fixed road transfer time.

Passenger entry formalities and charter flight permissions involve different checks. We coordinate the aviation arrangements with the operator. For entry into Nigeria, each passenger needs the requirements checked against their passport, residence and reason for visiting.

Animals and photography, the venue's rules apply

The published rules prohibit pets within the venue, except certified service animals for visitors with disabilities. An animal accepted on the aircraft is therefore not automatically admitted to the fair. Raise this when arranging the stay so that care during your visit can be planned.

Personal photography is permitted, subject to asking the exhibitor at the booth. Professional equipment covered by the rules, including long lenses, flashes and tripods, requires a Press Pass.
