The East African Petroleum Conference and Exhibition is announced at the Kigali Convention Centre from 9 to 11 March 2027. The three-day Kigali event

The East African Community presents this edition as a forum for discussions on energy resources and development. Its website gives 9, 10 and 11 March as the conference and exhibition dates, subject to any changes made by the organiser.

Plan around meetings beyond the event

A project director, investor or supplier may have private discussions before the conference or after the exhibition closes. Provide the addresses and times of confirmed commitments so the aircraft proposal reflects when each traveller actually needs to be in Kigali.
