Build the flight around the exhibition

The organiser names the Cape Town International Convention Centre at Convention Square as the venue. Share the address and time of each appointment so that the proposed arrival is matched to the actual programme. Confirm admission and appointments directly with WTM Africa.

IBTM Africa is announced at the same centre on 7 to 9 April as part of WTM Africa, with a focus on meetings and business events. Check directly with the organiser which activities are relevant to your colleagues.

People in the same delegation may leave from different cities or carry different amounts of luggage. Separate flights can be considered where the available aircraft and schedule make them appropriate. Check the sessions you intend to attend before setting a return time, as an event programme may change.

From the airport to your meetings

The convention centre address is useful when discussing ground transport, but does not itself determine which airport or handling arrangements will be available. We ask the operator to confirm the flight’s requirements and the services applicable to the proposed rotation. Road travel depends on the destination and time of day.
