Make the London appointment drive the schedule

Farnborough Airport publishes opening hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekends and bank holidays. It is closed on 25 and 26 December. UK entry and a coordinated arrival

Eligible US visitors may need a UK electronic travel authorisation unless they hold a visa, qualifying status or another exemption. Check the UK government guidance for each traveller. IBC passes the necessary details to the operator and coordinates the ground reception; official border checks still apply.

Fit Florida and the UK into one schedule

If your last meeting is in Miami Beach and your hotel is west of London, give us both addresses when you enquire. Airport choice and ground transport can then be considered at each end. For a short stay, we also plan the return before finalising the itinerary; the same departure and arrival hours will not necessarily work in both directions.

US inspection hours are a separate question

The Opa-locka airport page lists customs service from 9 am to midnight and describes an advance-notification procedure. The operator must reconfirm the arrangements for your date: the runway, terminal and inspection office do not necessarily share hours. If the proposed return falls outside that window, we discuss prior arrangements or an alternative airport with the crew.

Which cabin suits a meeting the next day?

If you want to rest before a full day in London, ask for the layout of the actual aircraft being offered. The Global 7500 is one ultra-long-range example. Bombardier publishes a 14,260-km theoretical range under specified conditions, including eight passengers and four crew. That figure does not guarantee a nonstop flight with your load or the day’s weather. Sleeping arrangements, storage access and interior layouts differ between aircraft. We confirm the flight plan with the operator before presenting an option.

How is a Miami-London return quoted?

Keeping an aircraft available in Europe and arranging two separate charters are different options. The right comparison depends on your calendar and the aircraft offered. Share the end time of your Florida meeting, the length of your UK stay and any constraints for the return. The proposal identifies the aircraft, sectors and agreed services. If a schedule changes, your contact checks the consequences with the operator before presenting a revised option.

The flight report and passenger permission are separate

UK rules require the person responsible for international general aviation flights to submit flight and passenger information in advance. Each traveller must separately check the right to enter and, where applicable, obtain an ETA. Our team collects the details and passes them to the operator; that coordination does not replace the authorities’ decision. Check documents for anyone joining your group later in the stay as well. The official general aviation guidance explains which aerodromes can handle the required controls. If the passenger list changes after information is submitted, tell your contact promptly so the operator can check which notifications need to be amended.
