CES 2027 Las Vegas, Private Jet Travel for 6-9 January
CES 2027, four days in Las Vegas from 6 to 9 January
CES 2027 takes place from 6 to 9 January in Las Vegas. For private jet travel to or from Las Vegas starting in Paris, use a planning estimate of 10 to 12 flight hours, depending on aircraft, winds, load and routing, before any technical stop. IBC Aviation’s Paris office prepares the outbound flight, entry arrangements and return with the operator. You can request your CES 2027 flight quotation with your dates and delegation size.
The official CES dates do not cover every attendee’s programme. Media Days for registered media take place on 4 and 5 January, so some travellers need to arrive before the main show opens. Our Paris team builds the flight around your actual commitments.
What budget should you allow for Europe-Las Vegas
Ultra-long-range charter has an hourly reference of €9,000 to €12,000. A quotation covers the whole aircraft rather than individual seats, with its positioning, your schedule, crew arrangements and any technical stops taken into account.
A delegation staying for all four show days also needs a return plan. We review with the operator the implications of keeping the aircraft on location or repositioning it. Our charter rates by category give a reference, without calculating a trip total simply by multiplying hours and rate.
LAS, Henderson or North Las Vegas
- Harry Reid (LAS/KLAS): its longest runway measures approximately 4,424 m. A new general aviation customs facility opened on the west side of the airport on 18 September 2026. Our Las Vegas-Harry Reid guide presents the airport to assess for an international arrival.
- Henderson Executive (KHND): the main runway is approximately 1,982 m, at an elevation of around 760 m. Selecting Henderson requires checks on aircraft performance, the mission’s border processing and fuel for the return to Europe.
- North Las Vegas (KVGT): its longest runway is approximately 1,526 m, at an elevation of around 672 m. It should not be presented as an ordinary first-entry airport for a transatlantic flight without confirming formalities and performance.
A 24-hour airport does not necessarily provide every service around the clock. HND and VGT publish FBO hours of 05:00-22:30; both towers publish 06:00-20:00 in January. We ask for the necessary services and current operational information to be confirmed for your proposed time.
Arrange the delegation with our Paris office
Send the passenger list, luggage requirements, European departure point and first Las Vegas appointment, then include your final meeting before returning and anyone travelling home separately with their equipment. The Paris office matches those requirements to aircraft and schedules proposed by certified operators.
The Falcon 7X, Falcon 8X, Global 7500 or a G650ER may be considered, depending on the mission. Exact variant, cabin layout and load matter; our article distinguishes the Gulfstream G650 and G650ER. To compare the options for your delegation, provide an outbound and return programme, even if it is provisional.
LAS customs, at least twelve hours in the documented case
When checked on 4 November 2026, the official LAS customs reservation form published daily hours of 08:00-19:59. For fewer than 20 people on board, including crew, it required at least 12 hours’ notice within those hours and 24 hours outside them. For 20 or 21 people, we request direct confirmation rather than infer a deadline from those thresholds.
Three approvals remain separate: booking inspection services, CBP permission to land and securing space with the FBO. An inspection reservation is neither flight approval nor a guarantee of staff availability. West Side operations are limited to flights carrying 20 people or fewer, crew included. The operator confirms the processing route and parking with the relevant parties, and the arrangements are rechecked before travel.
Reach the right venue and collect your own badge
CES is a trade event for people aged 18 or over who can demonstrate an affiliation with the technology industry. Every attendee must collect their own badge at an official pickup point with the required documents, including identification and registration confirmation. A private flight does not provide admission to CES, and a pickup desk should not be assumed to exist at the FBO.
Transfers then depend on the actual destination: Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo or a meeting hotel. The Tech Express shuttle connects LVCC and Venetian; the Monorail does not serve Venetian Expo. Our concierge team can prepare appropriate transfers, without promising a fixed road travel time during the show.
Prepare the European return before the final show day
The return to Europe needs its own assessment of winds, load and fuel. The Paris outbound estimate should not simply be copied into the opposite direction. Departing a shorter runway may also require different arrangements from landing there at a lower weight after a long flight.
Include luggage and equipment in that assessment, including anything the delegation brings back from CES. For each FBO and private terminal, the meeting point, timings and services must match the confirmed flight. Neither parking nor aircraft availability is guaranteed by the event calendar.
A practical return plan also records who can approve a schedule adjustment if the last meeting moves. The operator still needs to check the resulting crew programme, airport arrangements and flight. Keeping that contact available helps the team assess a change without treating the requested departure time as already accepted.
Mathis Le Cadre coordinates your programme from Paris. To prepare a proposal for the complete trip, provide dates, appointments and passenger numbers in each direction.

Frequently asked questions
When is CES 2027?
The show takes place in Las Vegas from 6 to 9 January 2027. Media Days for registered media are on 4 and 5 January. Your arrival date depends on your programme and access conditions for your appointments.
How long is the flight from Paris?
Use a planning estimate of 10 to 12 hours, depending on aircraft, winds, load and routing, before any technical stop. Non-stop feasibility must be confirmed and the return requires a separate assessment.
How much is a private jet to CES?
The ultra-long-range category has an hourly reference of €9,000 to €12,000. A whole-aircraft quotation reflects positioning, schedule, crew and any technical stops. This reference does not establish a fixed CES fare or a per-seat price.
Which airport should an international flight use?
Harry Reid has a general aviation customs facility on the west side of the airport. CBP permission, inspection services and parking must be confirmed. Henderson and North Las Vegas require their own mission-specific validation.
Can customs and parking be arranged at the last minute?
Plan ahead. The LAS form checked on 4 November 2026 required at least 12 hours’ notice within published hours for fewer than 20 people on board, including crew, and 24 hours outside them. Conditions must be rechecked; neither inspection services nor parking is guaranteed by submitting a request.
