From Paris to Chambord, leave time for the visit

An overnight flight from the U.S. can land in Paris before your hotel room is ready. Give us your airline flight number or your departure airport if you are chartering. We can agree on a drop-off and luggage arrangements with the hotel.

Our Paris charter team can coordinate a private arrival at Le Bourget. Keep the first day light while you settle in.

On day three, your driver meets you at the hotel. At Chambord in the Loire Valley, the estate offers private visits by reservation. The estate lists about 2 hours for the option with a tasting. A visit can be arranged in English.

We can fit your departure from Paris and the drive to your next hotel around the booking. When your bags travel with you, we confirm where they will be kept during the visit.

A day for Bordeaux wine country

On day five, driving to Bordeaux lets you set your departure from your Loire Valley hotel. We can also assess a flight out of Tours if your group prefers to fly. At Tours, the published handling requirements call for prior permission with 24 hours’ notice. We compare door-to-door timing, including the drive to each terminal and how much time you want to spend in Bordeaux.

For day six, consider walking through Saint-Émilion and having lunch in the village. The tourism office offers an approximately one-hour tour of the underground monuments. It covers four sites and starts at Place de l’Église Monolithe. Our concierge team can coordinate the visit and arrange a driver for a later appointment at an estate. If you plan to buy wine, tell us how many cases you expect and how much they weigh before we select the aircraft for the next day.

Arrange both ground transfers for the Bordeaux to Marseille flight

For day seven, a private flight from Bordeaux to Marseille Provence takes about one hour in the air, depending on the aircraft and routing. Bordeaux Mérignac has a business aviation terminal. At Marseille, the French aeronautical publication requires ground handling. Bordeaux Airport’s published direct flight time is a planning reference.

We confirm both terminals and the driver’s meeting point before settling on a schedule.

A Phenom 300 can work for some groups. Several large suitcases, strollers or wine cases can change the choice. The carrier checks actual baggage space and payload, and we can compare a midsize jet if the luggage calls for one. Request a quote for this leg with luggage and ground transfers included in the brief.

For day eight, the Musée Granet in Aix closes on Mondays and restricts bulky luggage. We check the opening day, exhibitions and when the hotel can take your bags. If your stay in Aix-en-Provence falls on a Monday, we can adjust the walking visits and keep the evening free in town.

Spend the final night on the Riviera

On day nine, a driver takes you from Aix to the Riviera. Stay in Nice or continue to Monaco, depending on the next day’s departure. For a flight from Nice Côte d’Azur, our Nice office confirms the private terminal, the pickup point and the driver’s departure time. The team also checks what can be adjusted if your final appointment runs late.

Indicative hourly rates start at €4,000 for a light jet and €4,800 for a midsize jet. The quote sets out the charter flights and any ground services you request. Use the aircraft category rates as a starting point when deciding between a domestic flight and a chauffeured drive. Your point of contact can coordinate your flight to or from France and transport between your hotels, appointments and terminals.

Share your dates, addresses and any visits you have already booked. Ask us to quote your charter flights and ground transfers.
