Hotel Concierge: Private Jet Quotes in Under an Hour

A private jet quote for your guest in under an hour

With six answers from your guest, we return a private jet quote within the hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether "tomorrow morning" works depends mostly on the airport: at Paris-Le Bourget no jet takes off between 22:15 and 06:00, Nice and Cannes require a slot for every flight, and outside Europe a landing permit can take several working days. Our Paris, Nice or Geneva office checks the aircraft, the slot and the parking before sending the quote. Send us your guest's request and we reply within the hour.

Six questions to ask your guest, in two minutes

Keep this list by the phone: each answer changes one line of the quote.

  1. From where, to where, one way or return? A city is enough; we choose the airport. A return three days later is not priced like a return the next day.
  2. What time, and how much leeway? In Nice or Geneva the slot is booked for a set time; "during the morning" opens more options than "08:00".
  3. How many passengers, children included? Four seats in a Citation Mustang, seven in a Phenom 300, ten in a Falcon 2000: the category sets the hourly rate (our private jet charter rates).
  4. What luggage? Above all skis, golf bags or pushchairs: the crew may refuse any item it judges too heavy or too large (article 13 of our terms). See private jet luggage.
  5. A pet? Some aircraft owners refuse animals, and a dog must meet the rules to enter the European Union (travelling with a pet).
  6. Any constraints? Passports (a national of a country outside the EU and Schengen goes through the European entry and exit system), dietary needs, a smoker (the quote states whether smoking is allowed, article 14), discretion.

Finally, ask who will pay, the guest or their company: the quote will be made out in that name, and travel documents remain the client's responsibility (article 11).

Leaving tomorrow morning: what each airport allows

In Europe, a next-morning departure can be set up once an aircraft is free and the airport accepts the time. Outside Europe, the landing permit sets the date.

  • Le Bourget: open 24 hours, with no jet take-offs from 22:15 to 06:00. A 07:00 departure works; a return straight after dinner does not (Paris airports).
  • Nice and Cannes-Mandelieu: coordinated at level 3 by COHOR, one slot per movement; Cannes closes in the evening and turns away jets above 35 tonnes. Our Nice office secures the slot before confirming the aircraft (Nice airport).
  • Geneva: prior permission can be booked no earlier than five days ahead, through the handling agent, and nothing takes off from midnight to 06:00 (Geneva airport).
  • China, India, Africa: at least seven working days for China, three for India, ten for a charter to Senegal (our country-by-country lead times in Africa).

If the date cannot hold, we say so on the first call. De-icing, when the aircraft ices up, is billed on top (weather and flight planning); the steps of a booking are set out in organising a private jet flight.

A fair idea of cost for your guest: EUR 3,500 to 12,000 per hour

The hourly rate starts at EUR 3,500 in a very light jet, EUR 4,000 in a light jet and EUR 6,500 in a heavy jet, and reaches EUR 9,000 to 12,000 in an ultra long range jet. A few one-way examples:

Route Aircraft Flight time From
Paris to or from Nice Citation Mustang, 4 seats 1h30 EUR 9,000
Paris to or from Geneva Citation Mustang, 4 seats 1h00 EUR 6,500
Nice to or from Geneva Citation Mustang, 4 seats 0h50 EUR 5,500

Above four passengers, the next category up is priced by the hour (our starting prices).

Arranging your guest's flight with IBC Aviation

Our teams approach the operators with an aircraft free on the date, obtain proof of their insurance and air operator certificate (article 15), then book the slot, the parking and customs. IBC Aviation operates no aircraft: we act as your guest's agent (article 10).

Each office prepares departures from its own city: Paris, Nice, Geneva, Luxembourg, Dubai, Bangkok. Reach us by WhatsApp from the website at any hour; our concierge service adds the car or helicopter at the other end. Give us the route, the time and the passenger count, and we will propose an available aircraft and its slot.

The quote, its signature and payment: what our terms say

The quote is not a booking: under article 2 of our general terms of sale, the flight remains subject to availability until it is signed and paid. It sets the aircraft, the times, the price in its currency and the cancellation fees (article 4). Unless stated otherwise, it covers the aircraft, crew, insurance, charges, taxes, fuel and standard catering, but not de-icing.

It is made out to your guest, who signs and pays it under article 5:

  • full payment before the first flight, failing which the flight may be cancelled;
  • bank transfer net of charges, in the currency of the quote;
  • credit card when time is short, with an authorisation form and a 5% processing fee that is not refundable.

For a next-day departure, mention the 5% to your guest before they sign, and pass on the time, the terminal and the payment deadline. Our terms are linked as "CGV" at the foot of every page of our website.

Flight day, from the hotel lobby

The passenger arrives at the business aviation terminal 15 to 20 minutes before take-off. From central Paris, Le Bourget is around thirty minutes away, more at rush hour: leaving one hour before take-off gives a margin.

Give the driver the name of the FBO, shown on our confirmation: Signature, Jetex or Universal Aviation at Le Bourget, Signature or Aviapartner Executive in Nice, Sky Valet at Cannes-Mandelieu, Signature among others in Geneva (the role of an FBO). Whether a car may drive up to the aircraft depends on the airport and is sometimes charged: we ask when booking.

Towards Monaco or the ski resorts, the helicopter shuttle takes over: about 7 minutes from Nice to Fontvieille (Monaco by private jet), 15 to 20 minutes from Chambéry or Geneva to Courchevel.

The passenger list goes to the operator, the ground handler and the authorities, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (article 17). For a discreet arrival, tell us: we raise it with the FBO.

One more passenger, an earlier departure, a return that evening

Any change to the quote depends on availability, permits and possible extra costs (article 3).

  • One more passenger: possible if a seat is free and the maximum weight is respected; in Geneva, switching aircraft category must be declared.
  • An earlier departure: Nice and Geneva need a new slot, the crew stays limited to 10 to 14 hours of duty, and at Le Bourget no jet leaves before 06:00.
  • A return decided in the evening: an empty leg flight may fit, but our terms allow it to be cancelled up to departure time (article 1). For a fixed appointment, choose a firm charter.

Les Clefs d'Or, 4,000 concierges in more than 80 countries

Les Clefs d'Or, the international union of hotel concierges founded in France in 1952 and based on rue Cambon in Paris, counts around 4,000 members in more than 80 countries. Its 71st congress takes place in Bangkok from 16 to 21 April 2027: our Bangkok office arranges flights to or from Don Mueang.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private jet booked for a hotel guest cost?

From EUR 3,500 per hour in a very light jet and EUR 6,500 in a heavy jet. Paris to Nice, for example, starts at EUR 9,000 in a Citation Mustang, 4 seats, for 1h30 of flying, with the exact amount on the quote.

How long does it take to get an aircraft?

The quote arrives within the hour, even at night. In Europe, a flight can be set up for the next morning if an aircraft is free and the airport accepts the time. For China, allow at least seven working days for the permit.

How long is the flight between Paris, Nice and Geneva?

About 1h30 between Paris and Nice, 1h00 between Paris and Geneva and 0h50 between Nice and Geneva in a Citation Mustang, depending on the winds, plus the drive and 15 to 20 minutes at the terminal.

Who signs and pays the quote for a hotel guest?

The guest, in their own name or their company's. Under article 5 of our general terms, they pay for the flight before departure, by bank transfer or, when time is short, by credit card with a 5% processing fee that is not refundable.
